To facilitate the next stage of our growth we are looking for a part-time Operations Support Associate (20-25 hours/week) to join our team in London. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will provide administrative assistance for our London team, our B2C clients and future new starters for one of Europe’s most innovative Fintech scale-ups!


What do we need you to do?

  • Client and Platform Support
    • Liaise directly with customers to answer inbound queries and support the resolution of any technical issues;
    • Understand, prioritise and escalate customer feedback and feature requests to the product team;
    • Execute back office activities (payments, transfers, support, ad-hoc processing).
  • HR Support
    • Onboarding process for new employees (contract, new joiner pack, hardware set-up, building access, etc.)
    • Ongoing HR management (trainings, employee queries, etc.)
    • University relationship management and intern hiring
    • Managing Nucoro’s careers page
  • Office Administration
    • Streamline and manage office support operations
    • Meeting and room booking coordination

 

What experiences do you need to be successful?

  • Previous experience in an office management or operations support role
  • Additional experience working in a customer service role would be advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google office suites
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to work with all levels of management
